We began as a bakery and pastry shop. It was only later that we added the restaurant. Now the tail is wagging the dog: we prepare baked foods when the restaurant load lightens, and then only by special order, so that we can insure that you receive our creations at the height of freshness. We finish preparing your order on the day you pick it up. There are no day-old foods. And of course we don’t use preservatives or extenders – nothing at all artificial.
